Christy is strategic in nature and works with people to sort through the clutter, see patterns, anticipate outcomes or potential obstacles and find the best path to move forward. Christy loves assessing variables and situations to find the most productive configuration possible.

As a Productivity Coach and Trainer, Christy has a passion for people and has worked with 100’s of business professionals to find clarity, motivation and support to accomplish their goals. By combining her counseling and Human Resource background, Christy offers her clients a process to develop skills to increase their human effectiveness to save time, energy and money.
As a working mom herself, Christy is familiar with the challenges of juggling many responsibilities and the quest for the “have it all” life. She works full time in her coaching business, as well as raising her daughter (born Aug. 2004), running a home/family, networking in the community and actively volunteering at her church. Having worked with in cooperate America and also from a home office, Christy understands the many things that can distract and challenge a “mom” who is returning or in the work force. A strong believer in setting a good example for children, using your gifts and talents and making a difference in the world, Christy is committed to her clients, helping them excel, live passionate lives and accomplish their dreams!
