Family Friendly Company Directory

In order to be added to our Family Friendly Company Directory, a company must meet one of the following criteria:

•  periodic part-time work opportunities, 
• opportunities for telecommuting, 
• opportunities for job-sharing, 
• policies or programs to allow flexible work arrangements after having a baby,
• provides resources like on-site child care and conceierge services to benefit families.

This directory includes the best companies for a woman to work and maintain balance.  It has been broken up into job groupings to ease in the searching.  If you find any link that is not working or have had an experience with a company please send and email to complaints@smart-moms-online.com.  Also consider posting your positive feedback about the company to the discussion forum.
